DC Studios co-head James Gunn has confirmed that his superhero plan--alongside producer Peter Safran--will cover around 8to 10 years. He also let loose that an announcement is planned for later this month that reveals some of their proposal. Gunn was responding on Twitter to a person asking whether his vision with Safran only goes out three years. The Guardians of the Galaxy filmmaker said that's not the case, stating, "... Our slate is 8 to 10 years (but we will only be announcing some of it this month)." Additionally, the director debunked the idea that Wonder Woman wouldn't be a part of the early plan of DC Studios. These questions arose from a Variety report focusing on Dwayne Johnson's attempt to change the hierarchy of power at DC Studios. Johnson apparently had his own multi-year plan for the superhero universe after the Warner Bros.-Discovery merger, in which Black Adam and Henry Cavill's Superman would eventually face off.
