It's Bieber Fever week! Time for Beliebers everywhere to #Believe as Justin Bieber drops his long-awaited studio album. Also, check out "Bieber Live," Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. MTV PUSH artists Walk The Moon release their eponymous album; tune in to "VH1's Big Morning Buzz" for their interview and live performance on Wednesday. Fiona Apple blows minds (and word counts) with her 23-word titled The Idler Wheel... album; she'll be on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" tonight. Meanwhile, rockers Smashing Pumpkins and Blood On The Dance Floor also release new studio efforts.
NEW ALBUM RELEASES

+ Justin Bieber, Believe: On Justin's second effort, he's matured, demonstrating he's equally ready to be a good "Boyfriend," or "party like it's 3012 tonight" on the dubstep-tipped "Beauty and a Beat" with Nicki Minaj. His softer side gets showcased when he trades rhymes with Drake on "Right Here." And on his confrontational track "Maria," he channels Michael Jackson to address the false paternity accusation that surfaced last year, showing he can turn bad situations into danceable ones.
+ Walk The Moon, Walk The Moon: You voted their song "Anna Sun" -- the effervescent tune whose chorus "This house is falling apart" is ridic addictive -- as the song of the summer, and now the Midwesterners release their full-length album. Extra props to the guys for naming a song after food ("Quesadilla"), which is actually about a crush and not the yummy snack. There's also the ode to "Lisa Baby," a dancing queen girlfriend.
+ Fiona Apple, The Idler Wheel...: It's been a long seven-year wait for Fiona's return, and if she needed that time to produce such a versatile performance and poetic lyricism, the wait was definitely worthwhile. She plays with cadences and syllable trills ("Every Single Night," "Jonathan,") and summons gritty about-to-fall-apart tones on "Daredevil." And on "Valentine," a soft rhythmic heartbeat is aflutter with piano and strings. The album's awash in off-kilter piano and minor-key push-and-pulls, which augment her emotive vocals.

+ Smashing Pumpkins, Oceania: With another set of mostly new bandmates, Billy Corgan returns with Smashing Pumpkins' ninth studio album. The album is part of the band's Teargarden by Kaleidyscope project, which was started in '09 and has been released a song at a time. For longtime SP fans, songs such as "Quasar," "My Love Is Winter" and "Pinwheels" are a solid reminder of why the group have ruled the alt-rock world for so long.
+ Glen Hansard, Rhythm and Repose: The Frames' frontman/one half of The Swell Season/actor-singer-songwriter Glen Hansard releases his first solo album. It's a quiet, pensive set that's not quite as impassioned as the work he displays with his bands. The more reflective, melancholy vibe of opener "You Will Become" and AM twang of "Maybe Not Tonight" establishes the overall mood of the 11-song set.
+ Blood On the Dance Floor, Evolution: We already gave you a preview of the shock rockers' latest clip for "Unforgiven," and now the full LP from the Florida screamo/electropop outfit drops this week. Fans of the group won't be disappointed with songs like "Fantasyland," and "Incomplete and All Alone" (featuring Joel Madden of Good Charlotte), which continue their imaginative and boundary-pushing streak.
+ Chester French, Music 4 TNGRS: The Neptunes-endorsed duo release their second album. Their single "Black Girls" includes lyrics stating that their penchant for black women "ain't no fetish, ain't objectifying no one," and a chorus of "I've got a thing for black girls," which together could be interpreted as a pro-statement for interracial couples but could also come off as offensive, racist and objectifying. Either way, it's as controversial as it is catchy.
