There's something similar about this, right?
When we saw that Justin Bieber had revealed the single art for his new song, "Heartbreaker," we had two initial thoughts: 1.) FINALLY!!!, and 2.) Hmm, that looks familiar. The name, the art... why can't we put our finger on it? Then, SNAP! We got it. It looks just like Kanye West's 808s And Heartbreak cover!! You know, Yeezy's 2008 album featuring "Love Lockdown" and "Heartless"? You can’t just slap a cupid on Kanye’s album cover and call it something other than 808s & Heartbreak. Except you did! So serious props for having the cojones to do that, Justin! (Hope no one does anything crazy like file a copyright infringement lawsuit or whatever.)
Teasing his album art all day on Instagram, the "Right Here" singer finally captioned "Heartbreaker #Justinbiebernewsingle." So, YES, Beliebers! Justin is FINALLY returning with some new jams. And we're kind wondering, since Justin (maybe) took a cue from Kanye's album art, does this mean he'll draw inspiration from the record itself? Is Justin gonna get super electronic and spacey? Auto-Tuned, even? OK, maybe that's a BIT far-fetched, but at this point ANYTHING is possible. Now, please excuse us while we wildly speculate about what "Heartbreaker" will sound like. (If there's any kind of God, it'll hopefully resemble Mariah Carey's famous single of the same name. Which is an undeniable classic.)
