Justin Timberlake slips into something nice in his 'Suit & Tie' lyric video preview. The full-length 'Suit & Tie featuring Jay-Z' video will premiere Thursday, Jan. 24, at 6 a.m. ET on MTV, VH1, AMTV, mtvU and MTV Hits.

Know what's nice? That vaporous feeling of smug satisfaction that comes with watching a lyric video and skipping away knowing every single one of the correct words. Know what's even nicer? When the singer of your favorite song actually appears in that lyric video. Know what's nicest? When the singer of that song is JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE. Thankfully the at-times elusive Justin Timberlake (dare we call him the Howard Hughes of boy-band-turned-R&B-stars, minus all of the tragedy and aviation, plus all of the prolific artistic brilliance, of course!), who's taken a long break from releasing new music, actually appears in the lyric video for his No. 1 single "Suit & Tie featuring Jay-Z," which feels more like a short film than a lyric video. And not only does Justin Timberlake grace us with an appearance in his lyric video, in which he guest-stars as himself, but like a genie, he makes every Justin Timberlake fan's biggest Justin Timberlake wish come true by letting us watch him get dressed.

The "Suit & Tie featuring Jay-Z" lyric video, shot in smart, classic black and white by Laban Pheidias, combines clean, whimsical animation perfectly timed to Justin Timberlake as he suits up in (why, yes) a suit and tie before sitting down behind a piano in a scene so timeless it could almost double as archival footage of Frank Sinatra backstage at the Sahara in 1960 (if Frank Sinatra played the piano). Part of Justin's dress-up process: brushing the dirt off his shoulders, which feels like a hat tip to Jay-Z. (Also, do only rich guys own those fancy lint removers that look like chalkboard erasers? Probably.) Again, enjoy the view, because it's probably the only chance you'll ever have in your entire life to watch Justin Timberlake put on clothes without getting arrested.

The full-length version of Justin Timberlake's "Suit & Tie featuring Jay-Z" video, which will follow Justin through L.A. (also probably the only opportunity you'll ever have to follow Justin around without winding up on the receiving end of a restraining order), will premiere tomorrow, Thursday, Jan. 24, at 6 a.m. ET on MTV, VH1, AMTV, mtvU and MTV Hits.
