Who knew the VMA Moonman was a Sheerio?!

You know what? Keeping an eye out for the 2013 MTV VMA Moonman is the most fun game since "Where's Waldo?" I mean, he's all over NYC! Looks like the newly redesigned Kaws Moonman is so excited that the VMAs are being held at Brooklyn's Barclays Center this year that he's decided to trek all across the city before the big day (Aug. 25, y'all!).

For example, today the Moonman ended up at NYC's "Today" show, where he took adorable pics with "Today" performer Ed Sheeran (because obviously he's a Sheerio -- who isn't?!), and spent some quality time with Ed's fangirl audience. Ugh, what a little charmer. (Just don't spend too long in Midtown, Moonman. Because #tourists)

Performing live at the "Today" show this morning, Ed gave the audience a major treat with acoustic renditions of "Lego House," "The A-Team," and "I Don't Need You." Kaws' Moonman even managed to squeeze his way all the way up to the front row to cheer Ed on. (But how he fought his way through all those Sheerios, we'll never know. Guess it doesn't hurt that he's made of metal, right?)
