“Airship 27 to publish sequel”

 New York, N.Y. (February 3, 2016): Captain Action Enterprises, LLC and Airship 27 are proud to announce that Lady Action will return in a new prose, spy thriller.

Ron Fortier, the author of last year’s The Sands of Forever will again script the adventures of the British Bombshell in a new prose adventure story. “I do love this character more than I can say,” said Fortier.  Rob Davis will again supply interior illustrations for this novel.

“This is Captain Action’s 50^th Anniversary Year, and we’re excited to schedule this new Lady Action project as a part of it all,” said Joe Ahearn, a founding partner of Captain Action Enterprises.

Lady Action first appeared in back up story in Captain Action’s comic series, but quickly became a character indoctrinated into the mythology. She even took over for Captain Action when he was missing in action in the Moonstone series.

Fortier is also busy working on his Brother Bones and Captain Hazzard pulp novels.  The Lady Action spy thriller, as yet untitled, is expected to debut in late 2016.

Additional 50^th Anniversary plans are scheduled to be announced.
