Lizzo Shoots Down ‘Truth Hurts’ Plagiarism Claims: ‘That Song Is My Life, And Its Words Are My Truth’

Lizzo took to social media today (October 23) to address the recent accusations that she plagiarized a lyric in her No. 1 song "Truth Hurts." Songwriter and producer Justin Raisen claims the lyric was originally in a song they wrote together called "Healthy."
