Club Third Earth Single Shipment Option

ThunderCats™ Ho! Feel the magic, hear the roar! Those cool cats from the ’80s series are back, and we’ve got the purrfect way to collect them all. Our Club Third Earth celebrates the hit animated series with four new figures, plus a subscription exclusive. When you choose this Single Shipment option, we hold them in our warehouse then ship and bill them together at the end of the subscription period. That means your shipment will occur approximately December 2016.

• Pay $30 for a membership now and in 2016 we’ll automatically ship and bill you for every Club Third Earth release. That includes…
• Subscription-Only Mumm-Ra™! The evil sorcerer is available only with a subscription, and will never be sold on MattyCollector.com. The best way to ensure you own this figure is to subscribe.
• Lower Prices, Guaranteed Products: The price for figures is $30 each when shipped through a subscription. These figures will be $35 each when purchased during All Access on regular monthly sale days. They may sell out quickly so a subscription is the only way to guarantee you’ll get every club release.
• Early Access to Non-Subscription Products: Beginning September 2016, all Club Third Earth subscribers get Early Access to most non-subscription products, regardless of brand. That means you’ll have the chance to purchase hot items not available through subscriptions before they’re released to the general public, like our 2015 “traveling convention” offering, the Hover Robot three-pack. Availability is first-come, first-served during Early Access and some quantities may be limited, so if products sell out to subscribers during the Early Access period, that’s it – no additional product will be made available to non-subscribers at that time.
• Early Shipping: Subscription orders generally begin shipping two business days before non-subscription orders so subscribers usually get their orders before non-subscribers.
• Monthly and Single Shipping Options: If you’d like us to send all your figures to you in one package rather than monthly to save money on shipping, then this single shipping option is for you! You’ll still get all the 2016 club releases but we’ll hold them in our warehouse, then ship and bill them all at once, at the end of the subscription period. (Want them every month instead? Club Third Earth Details

• Subscription Purchase Period & Limits: The Club Third Earth subscription period starts Friday 1/15/16 at 9 a.m. PT . You’re free to purchase as many memberships as you like during this period. There will be no extensions so don’t wait!
• Subscription Cost: Monthly subscription includes one figure approximately every month beginning in September, plus the club-exclusive Mumm-Ra. The total commitment will be $150, not including applicable fees/taxes and shipping (varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose). This includes 4 figures @ $30 each and a $30 membership fee that covers the cost of the club-exclusive figure. ONCE PURCHASED, MEMBERSHIPS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED.

• Club Figures: Planned releases are as follows (all names and release dates are subject to change):
  • Lion–O™ (09/16)
  • Jackalman™ (10/16)
  • Pumyra™ (11/16)
  • Panthro™ (12/16)
  • Club-exclusive: Mumm–Ra (11/16)

• Credit Card Charges: When you purchase a membership, your credit card will be charged for $30 for the cost of the membership. Your membership fee covers the cost of the club-exclusive Mumm-Ra figure, so you will only be charged for shipping and taxes when it ships. Beginning with the first shipment in September 2016, your credit card will be pre-authorized approximately five (5) calendar days prior to the All Access regular monthly sale date of each Club Third Earth item. Your card will then be charged when the item ships. Figures usually begin shipping approximately two to three (3) business days prior to the All Access regular monthly sale date. • Shipping, Taxes and Fees: Shipping costs apply and will vary depending on the destination, weight of the package and the shipping method chosen. Applicable taxes and fees may apply depending on your location and are billed with products. Please visit the Shop FAQs for more information about domestic and international taxes and fees.
• Combined Shipping: Have other subscriptions? All subscription orders from all brands with product releases in the same month will ship together regardless of whether they are purchased in the same transaction. They must have the same billing address, shipping address, payment details and shipping method in order to be shipped together. Combined shipping will occur only after the first shipment has occurred. For monthly shipment subscriptions this will be in October (the first monthly shipment is in September). This option is not available for Single Shipment subscriptions to Club Third Earth. For monthly shipment subscriptions, if you’d rather they didn’t ship together, you’ll be able to change this default in the My Subscriptions section after the first figure ships.
• Non-subscription Purchases: Subscriptions will not include any additional items beyond those listed above. Special convention items, reissues, weapons packs, stands and other accessories are not included in subscriptions. Mattel reserves the right to offer those and any other Masters of the Universe® items, and to reissue non-subscription items. Please note that official club releases may or may not be available for purchase at our All Access monthly sales (usually on the 15th of the month or the first business day following the 15th of the month). If club releases are made available, both subscribers and non-subscribers will have the chance to purchase them during All Access, but the price will be higher than through the subscription ($35 for most basic figures). Availability isn’t guaranteed and the purchase limit is usually ten (10) per person. Non-subscription products are charged and shipped separately from subscriptions.

• Account Changes: Should your card expire or you move during the membership period, you’ll be able to update any account information through the My Subscriptions section on MattyCollector.com after the first shipment in September 2016. If your account information changes prior to the first shipment, please call Customer Service at 1-877-GO-MATTY.
