New trailer for Hideo Kojima's upcoming action game reveals title coming to Microsoft's next-gen platform, has open-world, realtime weather, "unparalleled strategic freedom."
Today during Microsoft's 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo, a new trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom pain was shown, confirming the game is in development for the Xbox One and will feature an open world.
In addition, the trailer confirmed that The Phantom Pain will feature real-time weather, new stealth options, and various modes of transportation (tanks, horses, cars). In addition, the game promises to "redefine" tactical espionage and boasts "unparalleled strategic freedom."
According to a Rare developer, the Xbox One will launch in November, though Microsoft has yet to confirm a specific release date.
