Publisher Deep Silver states that an Nvidia Titan graphic card is recommended.

Publisher Deep Silver and developer 4A has announced the PC specs for the upcoming shooter Metro: Last Light.

Players will need to invest in graphic cards to make the most out of Metro; Last Light's visuals.

Basically, the game will support Windows XP. The specs also recommend that users have a high-end graphics card like an Nvidia Titan to run the game to its fullest graphical capabilities.
