Miley Cyrus wins the Human Jewel Quest.

Don't lie: You play "Jewel Quest." We play Jewel Quest. Everyone plays Jewel Quest! Especially when Fruit Ninja gets a little stale. And apparently Miley Cyrus -- the Queen Of Ratchet, professional stunter, and Best Song Of The Summer nominee -- plays "Jewel Quest"! Or at least her BEDAZZLED outfit says so!

Also, have you missed Miley's tongue a little? Because have no fear: IT IS BACK, and it's FULLY visible.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer was on hand at the 2013 MTV VMAs to perform "We Can't Stop," but before she hit the stage, she hit the VMA Red Carpet posing in IRL rhinestone! Which, given her tendency to wear NOT a lot of clothes while twerking and her intense Bangerz album cover side-eye, seems kind of tame. Kind of. I mean, she IS wearing a crop top up in there. Emphasis on CROP.
