Mondo in collaboration with Mattel, recently announced that their all-new Masters of the Universe – Teela 1/6 Scale Figure – Timed Edition is now available for purchase from April 2 at 10 AM PT – April 12 at 9:59 AM PT!

  

Featuring the brave captain of the Royal Guard at the palace of Eternos, the Teela Timed Edition Figure standing at 11.5″, comes complete with faux fur elements, a variety of weaponry and portraits, including one inspired by Mattel’s 200X line and a serpent headdress worthy of the Mystic Guardian of Grayskull.

Designed by Emiliano Santalucia, art directed by Hector Arce, sculpted by Tommy Hodges, painted by Mark Bristow, with packaging art by Florian Bertmer and design by Jordan Christianson with photography by Raúl Barrero.

So without further ado, the next figure in our MOTU 1/6 scale line is none other than the Warrior Goddess Teela!

The Teela 1/6 Scale Figure – Timed Edition comes complete with faux fur elements plus an array of weaponry and portraits, including one inspired by Mattel’s 200X line. And of course, we had to include an epic serpent headdress worthy of the Mystic Guardian of Grayskull!

Our Heroic Warriors worked a long time to make this figure a reality, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you … Emiliano Santalucia (Concept Design), Mark Bristow (Paint), Hector Arce (Art Direction), Florian Bertmer (Packaging Art), Jordan Christianson (Packaging Design), Raúl Barrero (Photography) and a killer sculpt by In-House Sculptor Extraordinaire Tommy Hodges, who’s sculpted so many of our most popular MOTU figures.

So what’s Tommy’s favorite part about working on Teela and our MOTU line? 

“My favorite aspects of this Teela figure? 

1. Has to be her battle-earned physique. She walks a fine line of being graceful, yet also able to kick through a castle door if needed! (Quite different from sculpting the magically powered She-Ra.) 

2. Her portraits. She is confident, strong and beautiful all at once. It was tough finding the right look. Thankfully I had great input from the team to get her sculpt to where she is today.

And as for working on our MOTU line … it’s always fun to push things: larger swords, chunkier armor and of course muscles, haha!”
