Nintendo has revealed new additions to the Splatoon Amiibo roster. Four new Amiibo figures based on characters in the Splatoon franchise are set to release on September 5. Nintendo is bundling these Amiibo into two-packs for $30 each: Pearl and Marina in one, and Callie and Marie in the other. Preorders for both two packs are live now at Best Buy and GameStop, but keep in mind Amiibo preorders tend to sell out quickly. Both Amiibo sets have already sold out once at Best Buy. If you want even more Splatoon Amiibo figures, Best Buy has Inkling Boy in stock for $13, too. Pearl and Marina made their initial appearances as major characters in Splatoon 2. Co-hosts of Inkopolis News as well as the popular Splatfests, the Octoling Marina and Inkling Pearl comprised the two-member musical group Off the Hook in Splatoon 2. The pair made appearances in the Octo Expansion, the single-player campaign DLC, as well as Splatoon 3's Side Order DLC campaign. Callie and Marie formed the musical duo the Squid Sisters and essentially played the same roles as Pearl and Marina, but they played them in the original Splatoon game for Wii U. In addition to being in a famous band, Callie and Marie hosted Splatfests and Inkopolis News. They have made appearances in solo modes across all three Splatoon games. This will be the second time Callie and Marie have been bundled in an Amiibo two-pack (the first is sold out and likely out of print).
