Watch Trey Songz's new video 'Heart Attack,' featuring Kelly Rowland
Trey Songz is usually hard at work honing his panty-dropping skillz, but he plays the victim in the video for his new jam "Heart Attack." Produced by Benny Blanco and penned by Rico Love, Trey's emotional "Heart Attack" record is slated to appear on his forthcoming Chapter V album. But on to the video: Not only is it almost an Oscar-worthy short film, but it also boasts a blazing hot leading lady by the name of Kelly Rowland.

In "Heart Attack," Trey and Kelly are a couple with some serious issues. As Trey sits and watches longingly, we see Kelly pack a bag to move out of the apartment they share. During a flashback to happier times, we see the exceptionally attractive couple frolic like a couple of teenagers, twirl around and kiss... a lot. Cut to present day: Kelly is sipping some Merlot and crying alone in the bathtub (no!) while Trey sings his broken heart out: "In too deep, can't think about giving it up/ But I never knew love would feel like a heart attack."
Oh, and speaking of life-threatening medical conditions, next thing we know, Trey accidentally crashes his car because he's distracted by a major fight with Kelly! Trey's heart stops (!!!) and they're trying to revive him with a defibrillator, but it's not until the very last moment when we learn both Kel and Trey are going to be fine (obvs). But the overall metaphor still lingers: Love can hurt so badly, it can stop your heart. That, and don't fight and drive!
