New York Comic Con 2023 has arrived and you know what that means. From panels featuring fan-favorite actors (who can't talk about their movies or shows) to exclusive items available nowhere else to all of the news being revealed, there is plenty to do and see if you're in New York City this week. Another obvious part of any convention, though, is the cosplay. Thankfully, those in attendance at NYCC showed up ready to make a statement.

From the moment we arrived at New York Comic Con, the cosplay has been fantastic. As with every year of this convention, fans bring their favorite characters to life--and sometimes mashing them up with other characters of historical figures. When it comes to cosplay, there really are no rules. Sometimes you'll see fans in painstakingly-made costumes. Other times, people will throw together whatever they have around their house of grab something off the rack. Whatever the case, cosplaying exists to allow people to declare the which fandom they love most.

That makes it extra exciting to see such a wide range of costumes from shows like the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Critical Role, Demon Slayer, and even the anime hit Chainsaw Man.
