Paramore announce their album title and release date!

SO much has changed since Paramore released their last album, 2009's Brand New Eyes. And even though new music from the band has been scarce since then, we've still kept up with Hayley Williams & Co. We've drooled over Hayley baking a fresh batch of cupcakes, "oooooh"-ed over her new tattoos, and "awww"-ed over Cowboy the dog. But now, after literally years of waiting, Paramore's officially announced their BRAND-NEW album title and release date! And we are clutching our Paramore scarf with anticipation!

In a blog post on the band's official site, Paramore spilled the big news: "With the most pride and passion we could ever possibly express, we would like to announce that this album, our fourth freaking album... Will be self-titled, 'Paramore.'" PERFECT! Why not just keep things simple? We love it, and we cannot wait for it to drop on April 9. But the album title and release date wasn't the only news to drop -- the band also announced that their first single from the record will be called "Now." "It just feels like the perfect way to start this new journey we are embarking on not only as a band but as a movement to show people that you can lose battles but come back and win full on wars. You can rise from ashes. You can make something out of even less than nothing. The only thing you have to do is keep moving forward!"

We know that Paramore's been through so much together, and we're excited to see what this new phase of the group will become. Is it April yet?!
