We’re back in the studio from a week at the 2017 San Diego Comic Con, and we couldn’t be happier about all of the positive responses Mythic Legions got while we were there.
The biggest news was the reveal of two of the characters from what we’re referring to as the “Ogre scale” line of Mythic Legions figures. Standing about nine inches tall, these guys tower over the normal humanoid Mythic Legions characters, but aren’t quite as large as the Trolls. The first two we’ve revealed are a pair we’re currently calling the “Alpha Ogre” and the “Barbarian Berzerker”. These names will probably change before everything’s said and done, but we’ll post some official pics and more info for those two tomorrow.
Fans loved seeing the Mythic Legions: Advent of Decay & Mythic Legions: Coliseum figures in person at our booth, and all of the responses were positive and enthusiastic. Rahmulus didn’t make it into the Comic Con box, and held down the fort here at the studio while we were away, but he was there in spirit.
Speaking of Mythic Legions: Coliseum, the pre-order for that wave is up now on Store Horsemen and rolling along well. We’ve got 6 piece sets for the Legion Builder figures and a specially priced All-In (War) set, so be sure to get over there and place your pre-order soon!
Up next? Well, lots of things. But right now, the only thing we’re going to mention is the upcoming All-Stars fan vote. We’re going to create a poll on SourceHorsemen.com after the pre-orders for Mythic Legions: Coliseum ends which will list all of the characters from Mythic Legions 1.0, Mythic Legions 1.5, and Mythic Legions: Covenant of Shadow, and all you’ll have to do is go in there and choose your eight favorite characters. The eight most popular of those will become the next wave of Mythic Legions: All-Stars! More info on this as we get closer.
