Just a couple hours before Microsoft's E3 2015 briefing kicks off later this morning, Kotaku reports that one of Microsoft's special announcements will be a Rare game collection for Xbox One. It will reportedly include up to 30 games, including Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Blast Corps, Kameo, and Battletoads. Rare-developed games like GoldenEye and Donkey Kong are not expected to be included in the package, since they are owned by other companies. Visit Kotaku for the full story. The collection is supposedly meant to celebrate Rare's 30th anniversary. The studio opened in 1985. Rare is also working on a brand new game, which was previously described as "ambitious" and "unique" among other things. Microsoft's E3 2015 briefing begins at 9:30 AM PDT / 12:30 PM EDT today. GameSpot will have all the news from the show for you as it's announced. E3 kicked off last night with Bethesda's briefing--get all the Doom, Fallout, and Elder Scrolls news in this roundup.
