Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma launches Spring 2025 on Nintendo Switch and PC. Based on the reveal trailer and early information about the game, Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma looks to be an evolution of the established RPG-meets-farming-sim formula of previous Rune Factory games. The game is set in Azuma--a fantasy world inspired by Japanese folklore, where players take the role of a magical martial artist known as an "Earth Dancer" on a quest to restore the land by building farms, repairing villages, and taking on RPG-style quests and boss battles. Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma will feature two physical versions on Nintendo Switch, including a standard edition with the base game and a limited Earth Dancer Edition that comes with collectible goodies and bonus in-game content. Both versions are available for preorder now. No preorder bonuses have been revealed for either edition, but we'll update this article if any official or retailer-exclusive bonuses are announced.
