This year we’ve made pre-order pickups even easier with our exclusive pickup window and dedicated pick up hours! If you place an online order for in booth pickup, you may retrieve your order during the following days and times:

Due to the extremely dense crowds on Preview Night, there will absolutely no pre-order pickups on Wednesday, July 17th.

In order to be fair to everyone who orders online, all pickups can be made only during the designated pickup hours. Additional items may be purchased at that time. If you cannot pick up your order during the designated pickup hours, please have your order shipped to you or send a friend to have it picked up for you. Please bring your order confirmation that has your order number with you. If you send a friend, please e-mail us in advance at sales@factoryent.com and provide your name, your order number and the name of the person who will be picking up for you. Please make sure that the person picking up for you has the order confirmation.

All orders not picked up by Sunday, July 21st at 1:00 pm will ship at the customer’s expense via the most economic shipping service available.

In-booth pickup is great, but we only have so much space to store pre-orders during Comic-Con and you only have so much time to stand in line (and only 2 arms to shlep stuff with). To allow you to have as much time as possible to enjoy the show, we suggest having your Factory Entertainment Convention Exclusives shipped!
