Speaking of challenges, it’s clear that shipping has been disrupted worldwide. Like many retailers, we have not been able to live up to our usual standard when it comes to shipping speed. As collectors ourselves, we understand the need to get items to you in a timely manner and are making a number of adjustments to ensure this happens.

We have continued to ship the maximum number of parcels allowed daily while taking steps to keep our staff and customers safe. We have also been working carriers to find solutions to increase package flow. In short, (within the next few weeks) our improvement in fulfillment speed will be noticeable and dramatic. Your patience as we navigate this new normal and implement these new systems is hugely appreciated.

It’s fair to say that our customer customer service department has been equally impacted by logistical disruptions. To say the least, it’s difficult to give the level and quality of service we demand of ourselves when so much is out of our hands and information changes constantly. We are not satisfied with that, and as a result we are implementing a major overhaul of our customer service system that begins immediately.

We have consulted high level customer service analysts who have recently helped companies such as Zoom adapt to the current circumstances in the world, and will be launching new systems and protocols to account for the abnormal times we live in.

These improvements will be noticeable very quickly, and it is our promise to you that we will implement solutions that allow us to be the single best provider of collectibles anywhere by offering you the service you deserve.
