Silicon Valley Comic Con (SVCC), Steve Wozniak’s pop culture and technology expo, today revealed that Palmer Luckey, founder of Oculus VR, will join Steve Wozniak on stage for a highly anticipated joint discussion moderated by Kara Swisher, executive editor of Re/code. The two entrepreneurs who both engineered their way from a garage workshop to global success will discuss the early days of their respective careers, roadblocks along the way and where they see the future of technology going beginning with virtual reality (VR).

“We couldn’t have a technology and pop culture event without featuring one of today’s brightest and most talented young inventors,” said Apple co-founder and SVCC’s master of ceremony, Steve Wozniak. “We’ve only just touched on the potential of VR. Palmer is paving the way, and this new technology will change the way we play games, watch entertainment, educate and more.”

To close the show, legendary comic book creator Stan Lee will join Woz on the main stage for a must-see fireside chat. The two icons of pop culture and technology will discuss the ultimate intersection of their two worlds and what the future may hold.
