We basically already knew Justin Bieber was a good guy. But we had NO idea just how kindhearted the "Beauty And A Beat" singer really was until we saw this Instagram pic of Biebs visiting one of his biggest fans in the hospital on a tour stop in Edmonton, Canada. Now that we've finished bawling at our desks, we just want to sit and consider all the ways Justin has given back to his Beliebers. Because it is just too much for us to handle. Justin Bieber for president (of our hearts)!

Responding to the hashtag #bieberforcrystal, Justin visited 18-year-old cancer patient Crystal Montgomery, who was too ill to catch Justin on the Edmonton leg of his "Believe" tour. Before heading into the hospital, Biebs tweeted, "Now off to do something that matters #giveback." We hate the circumstances (booo sick), but Justin seriously wins at life for taking time out of his veryyy busy existence to visit Crystal. We cannot get over it -- and we may in fact still be bawling.
