Nicki Minaj looks like a life-size Barbie on "The Tonight Show."

When you start a new job, it's super important that you dress to impress. Maybe that's why Nicki Minaj visited "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" to chat about "American Idol" Season 12 looking OH SO professional in pink. But we're conflicted, guys! We're still feeling VERY intimated by that side-eye she recently threw (IT HAUNTS US), yet this photo makes us want to run up and hug her and brush her hair (Hey! She could need a new hairdresser), because she looks like THE SWEETEST Business Barbie EVER! Orrrr Perky Loan Officer Barbie! Is that a thing yet? Yo Mattel, get on that.

It's all business in pink for Barbie, Barbz.

The "Freedom" singer dropped by "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" to discuss her judging gig on "American Idol" (and, of course, spill the deets on that pesky Mariah Carey feud), but mostly what we took away from her appearance was that we just never know what to expect from Queen Barbz. One second she's all "HEYYY GURLLL-ing" at us from the red carpet, then she morphs into her aggro Roman persona, then she's all simply styled looking like a totes relatable business casual girl. We may not be able to lock down Nicki's REAL personality, but we CAN garner a few life lessons from her ever-evolving, unicornish ways: (a) always expect the unexpected, and (b) you're never too old to play a Barbie.
