One of the many perks of being a celebrity is having a gazillion people at your side to help you with absolutely everything, but it's pretty safe to say that Selena Gomez scored THE MOST ADORBZ entourage of all time! Also, her two young "assistants" have basically snagged my own dream of playing beauty parlor with Selena (while obviously leaving her pedicure needs to real professionals).

The "Hit The Lights" singer shared the awww-worthy photo on Facebook along with the caption "My littles... Getting me ready!" We're SO loving the sweetness captured in this moment (down to the way Selena rocks those thick-rimmed glasses like a pro), but we're mostly curious how one scores a gig on Selena's staff. Yes, we know that these little girls are probably some of Selena's family members or real-life BFFs just goofing around -- but for real, is there like a place where we can drop off our résumé to be part of a pop star entourage? Do you need a college degree or previous experience? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL US WHAT IT TAKES TO HANG OUT WITH SELENA GOMEZ ON THE DAILY?! We don't even have to be paid in money -- just in up-to-date gossip on her on/off relationship with Justin Bieber.
