You're probably still high from our shirtless photo spread of One Direction, so we hate to have to show you a less exhilarating pic of The Wanted's Tom Parker (brace yourselves)... holding a girl's hand. In the very wise words from a famous '80s sitcom: "You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have the facts of the life." (Another fact of life: photos of taken boy band members are reeeeeeally unfair.)

The "Glad You Came" singer and a super cute date headed to the Roxy in West Hollywood last night to catch a performance by fellow U.K. singer, Jessie J. And while you may plan on spending the rest of the day kicking yourself for not attending the same concert where all these adorbz Brits were TOGETHER IN ONE ROOM, we actually suggest you save some of your energy to imagine yourself in the place of Tom's date -- visualizing works, guys. ("The Secret": get on it!) Okay, so we can't promise it really works, but it beats sobbing in a closet while gorging on Krispy Kremes petty jealousy.
