Usually forking over the extra cash to see a movie in 3-D basically means paying extra money to wear some dorky glasses in the dark and maybe some semi-impressive special effects. (We know, our generation is so spoiled.) But Katy Perry's official poster for her new concert movie has us flipping the eff out about all the 3-D possibilities. Don't be surprised if you catch us trying to grab at the holograms attempting to steal Katy's outfits.

The "Firework" singer posted the "Katy Perry: Part Of Me 3-D" movie poster on Twitter along with the caption, "So happy to share with you the official #KP3D movie poster...from a hairbrush to a headliner...get ready, JULY 5TH!" We're totally loving the whole "from the bedroom mirror to the stage spotlight" transition going on in the photo, but we're more happy to the see the poster highlighting Katy's peppier fashion days. We dug her latest goth look, but we just don't want people thinking they're about to watch a musical rendition of "The Craft" or something.
