Every so often we get some surprises in the mail from the Hasbro PR team in really cool boxes. Since it was Star Wars Day this past week (May the 4th) we were surprised to get a “May the 4th Be With You” package land on our doorstep that very day! 

Here’s a look at the cool mailer box it arrived in.  It looked like a metal rimed briefcase with clasps and a handle. 

Inside we had a card with a cool Death Star duel image using Star Wars Black Series figures and a note from the team on the back:

Under that was the new deluxe Jedi Knight lightsaber Bladebuilders set:

There’s a very cool “Old Republic” era feel to this set with the etchings and details on the hilt parts. And as an old school Star Wars collector going back to the 70s it’s fun to see a yellow blade for a lightsaber on a toy again.
