Syracuse, N.Y. (May 4, 2018):  Syracuse’s Salt City Comic-Con heads to a new location this July, announcing a partnership with Destiny USA and the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Destiny USA.

The 5^th annual central New York pop culture convention is a celebration of movies, comics, toys, science-fiction, card games, cosplay and more. The two-day event will be held July 7-8, 2018.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Destiny USA and the Embassy Suites on this unique convention,” said Thomas Yeldon, convention organizer. “By offering activities inside the hotel, a festival in Solar Street parking lot and overtaking the first floor of Destiny USA’s canyon area, we’ll be turning up the fun.”

The convention will attract thousands of fans from across the northeast.

In addition to the multitude of events, Salt City Comic-Con’s scheduled guest list will include celebrities across a spectrum of popular culture. Screen stars include The Craft’s Rachel True, Supertroopers’ Rabbit aka: Erik Stolhanske, Black Panther’s Janeshia Adams-Ginyard, Ghost Hunters’ Brain Harnois and Power Rangers’ Jason Narvy. Wrestling fans can look forward to WWE legends Kane, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine and Andrew Anderson.

Comic guests include Dave Dorman (Star Wars, Batman) and writer Ron Marz (Marvel’s Infinity Gauntlet, Green Lantern, Witchblade) with more to be announced. Scooby Doo’s Mystery Machine and Supernatural’s Impala will provide great photo opportunities for fans of all ages.
