One of the hottest anime series of the year is headed to Blu-ray soon, and you can grab a preorder for Season 1 of Hell's Paradise from Amazon. A tale of assassins, samurai, and the search for immortaility, Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku will arrive on August 27. Two different editions are up for grabs, including one that's exclusive to Amazon.

The Season 1 box set comes with all 13 episodes on both standard Blu-ray and DVD, and for extras you'll get the usual clean credit sequences and promo videos. The Amazon-exclusive limited edition also includes a unique slipcase, art cards, and a booklet showing off concept art from the series. This is priced at $90, but there's also a set without the extras for $54.
