You know how sometimes you say that if you get the one thing you really want, you'll never ask for anything else ever? Well, if Adam Lambert actually becomes an "American Idol" judge, we promise we'll never ask for anything else ever in our lives!! NOT EVEN ON HANUKKAH.

Rumors have been swirling that Adam Lambert is in talks to be a new judge on "American Idol." While Jennifer Lopez may not be returning as a judge, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler's contracts are still up in the air, so producers are exploring new options. And sure, we're a little emo about the impending changes, but we're trying to focus on the fact that we might get to see Adam Lambert's impeccable everything on TV each week!

On a serious note, we actually think he's a perfect choice for the gig. He been on both sides of the "Idol" journey, he's now a certified superstar (remember when a little album called Trespassing debuted at No. 1?). Also, THAT HAIR!?

Now, if you'll excuse us, we're going to buy a tent and camp "glamp" out outside of Fox's headquarters and possibly even stage a hunger strike until this happens.
