Respawn says "nothing official yet, but you never know" about new multiplayer game working with virtual reality headset.
Respawn Entertainment's upcoming multiplayer shooter Titanfall could support virtual reality headset Oculus Rift, according to new tweets from the company.
The developer said yesterday it received an Oculus Rift, adding that the technology is "awesome" and "really neat to play with."
Asked if Respawn has any current plans for Titanfall to support Oculus Rift, the company said, "Nothing official yet, but you never know."
Developer Oculus VR recently said that in addition to PC, next-generation smartphones are the company's focus for the technology going forward, not consoles. The headset is currently available at $300 for developers, but has no public release date or price yet.
