It's OFFICIALLY goin' down on New Years Eve, guys!

This is it, guys! The end of 2012! We've been through so much together: breakups, hookups, breakthroughs, and even the occasional NSFW moment (sup Miley?). But no longer, if you have any regrets, leave them in the past. It's gonna be a new year! And there's no one better to bring in 2013 with than MTV. "MTV's Club NYE 2013," starting at 11 p.m. ET on Dec. 31 (as you might guess that would be the date), will be lacing your debauched and RIDIC nights (act responsibly, of course) with the BEST live performances from the likes of Ke$ha, Ne-Yo, Sean Kingston, Rita Ora, and Conor Maynard.

That's pretty stacked, guys. Oh, and all the while, The Knocks will be on the 1's and 2's spinning all night to make sure the party never slows down. This party is going to be going off so hard (the only way we know how, obvs) with all these can't-miss performances and hosted by our faves Snooki, JWOWW, and "Money From Strangers" comedian Jeff Dye. So in between making questionable decisions and then untagging photos on Facebook, keep it on MTV so we can bring you into the new year like NO ONE else can.
