We had heard the rumors of the Character Options/Underground Toys Doctor Who line changing scales from 5″ to 3.75″.  Then when we got to Toy Fair we got a brief glimpse at the secret figures, but were not allowed to take any pictures.   Now, Underground Toys is ready to reveal this new scale to the world and we are happy to bring you this first look at wave 1:
