There are not official pictures of the set yet, but yesterday Underground Toys announced their SDCC 2012 ‘Doctor Who’ Comic Con exclusive on their Facebook page:

“Underground Toys is thrilled to announce their 2012 Comic Con Exclusive Item for Doctor Who: ‘Victory of the Daleks’ Collectors’ Set.  Exclusive set contains: 1 Winston Churchill action figure with alternate head & right hand and 1 Ironside Dalek action figure w/ Tea Tray arm, 2 glasses, 3 telephone accessories.”

Traditionally Underground has had at least 2 SDCC exclusives.   Time will tell if they will release news of a second set.
