J. Cole gets BURNED by an ex-FLAME in his "Power Trip" video. (Hint, hint.)
Breakups are hard. Sometimes they're so hard, in fact, that you end up camped outside of your ex's house in your car, like Roc Nation rapper J. Cole does in his "Power Trip" video. The latest from his forthcoming Born Sinner album, "Power Trip" has J. Cole trying to forget the past, mainly because sexy singer Miguel is all up in it -- specifically, dating J's ex-girlfriend (not cool, bro). And true, that would probably make most dudes super angry, but J. Cole takes it WAY too far.

"Power Trip" opens with J. Cole trying to forget his heartbreak in a strip club (works every time), but that's not the only place he's drawn to: Cole and a BFF (because who else would put up with listening to you kvetch about your ex?) sit outside of his former love's home, surreptitiously watching new boyfriend Miguel give her kisses before leaving for work. J just can't take the pain anymore, so he and his friend drive off with mysterious pieces of wood and plastic bags tied to their car roof (can you see where this is going?).
As they drive down a twisty, woodsy road, J's friend gives him an ominous "Are you sure you want to do this?" look, before arriving at a secluded location. And, well, we should probably just stop there. But for the record, this is not a "boys only, forget-about-your-ex" night out. Let's just say that you should NEVER EVER break up with J. Cole...unless you want to end up on the wrong side of a very, very #dark, not fun camping trip.
