It's Spring Break around MTV (woo hoo!) and for me that means several things. One: girls in bikinis; two: constant reminders that I've been too old to even think about going on Spring Break for years now; and three: new live rap performances in rotation on MTV Jams. If you're curious, yes, I keep MTV Jams (call your local cable provider) locked on the TV right next to me all day long. (I've also lost the remote and the buttons on the front of the TV don't work anymore so I couldn't even change the channel if I wanted to, which I don't.) What I'm saying is I love rap videos (and hilariously bad commercials).
But back to Spring Break. This year MTV's taken over the Palms in Las Vegas for our festivities, and like usual, we brought some of the biggest rappers out right now to bless our stage. 2 Chainz, B.o.B and Big Sean all came through and tore it up in front of a packed crowd at the pool.

First up is 2 Chainz, who's been shining so hard recently it's hard to look at, even behind these $600 shades. Mr. Tru Religion has actually been trending on Twitter today, so it's no surprise that the entire crowd knows all the words to his hit "Spend It." He probably could have just jammed out onstage and left his mic off and it still would have been a great show.
B.o.B brought out a live band for "Strange Clouds" -- he comes out in a full leopard-print tee, and thanks to Snooki (I guess?) it's clear that animal prints have fully migrated into menswear, including the trendy street wear set. And we can't forget about "Marvin And Chardonnay" and "Dance" from the ladies choice, Big Sean. The Motor City native gets points as the only rapper to dress weather-appropriate for his show in shorts, a Finally Famous b-ball jersey and a fresh Detroit Red Wings leather strap-back hat; leather strap-backs being the 2012 snap-backs, if you're interested in that sort of thing.
