Watch Hellogoodbye’s ‘Finding Something To Do’ Tour Video

Hellogoodbye show the road life in their latest video for "Find Something To Do."

Hellogoodbye's Forrest Kline wants to help you find something to do. Like dance, preferably.

It's been a crazy ride for So. Cal power-pop act Hellogoodbye (hence Forrest Kline's tired tee), who first popped up in the early aughts with a unique brand of jokey, playfully Auto-Tuned jams and a name dedicated to a quote by Screech from "Saved by the Bell." After touring with an impressive cavalcade of like-minded acts (The Format, The All-American Rejects, New Found Glory, Saves The Day, to name a few), the Warped Tour vets signed with Drive-Thru Records and released their nerd-core debut, Zombies! Aliens! Vampires! Dinosaurs!, featuring the adorkable anthem "Here In Your Arms." Then things got a little less fun -- between a slew of lineup changes, Hellogoodbye parted ways with Drive-Thru Records in 2010 and went on to self-release their sophomore album Would It Kill You? It's now been three years since Hellogoodbye put out a record, but the group is back with a new label, a re-release of 2010's Would It Kill You? (featuring several bonus tracks), and a brand-new album coming out in April. (I'm doing a little victory dance over here in my chair. Don't mind me. Actually, just ignore me.)

To celebrate their partnership with Old Friends Records, Hellogoodbye recently decided to take a camera crew with them on a mini-tour, the end result being a funtimes tour video for their classic track, "Finding Something To Do."

In the video below, shot at their NYC holiday show this past November, Hellogoodbye demonstrates exactly what makes them so special (in case you missed the show, or in case you had no idea what makes them so special): the fast-paced, bouncy energy that they bring to the stage… or just your speakers. The video combines scenes of Hellogoodbye in concert with shots of them piecing together myriad instruments and hanging out backstage, all giant smiles, "Napoleon Dynamite"-esque baseball hats, and Rivers Cuomo glasses. Welcome back, Hellogoodbye; if you need me, I'll be having a staring contest with this video.
