Ne-Yo shut down Spring Break with his performances of "Let Me Love You" and "Let's Go."

Spring is finally here!! And while the majority of us are celebrating by shedding our down jackets in favor of, uh, slightly lighter jackets (SPRING BREAK IN NYC, WOO HOO), a lucky few got to have THEIR spring break at mtvU's 2013 Spring Fix! That's right: United Way joined up with MTV to create an alternative spring break for students to help rebuild areas hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. But it wasn't all work: mtvU spring breakers got to catch a free concert from Ne-Yo! Giving back AND getting a show from one of the hottest R&B stars in the game? Amazing! All that's missing is James Franco posing as Riff Raff!

After five days of rebuilding, the 2013 mtvU Spring Fix concluded with a special concert from Ne-Yo and Timeflies at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey. And sure, we know Ne-Yo's traveled/performed all over the world like a true baller, but we LOVE that he's bringing all his smooth-talking R&B (and barely buttoned leopard-print shirts) to good ol' New Jersey.
