Taylor Swift will  premiere her brand-new "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" video Thursday on MTV!

Ok, Swifties: You'll never ever believe this, and we are never ever gonna get over it (OK! We're done with the puns... for now), but there's some  mayjah Taylor Swift news circling the office here at MTV, and we need to share. (We have our brown paper bags at the ready in case one of us passes out. We'll wait for you to get yours, but HURRY! WE NEED TO TELL YOU WHAT THE TAYLOR SWIFT NEWS IS!)

After releasing a too-cute-for-words lyric video, the 2012 MTV VMA performer will premiere her brand-new video for the can't-get-it-out-of-our-heads single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" on "MTV First: Taylor Swift" on Aug. 30 at 7:49pm. In the words of everybody's favorite (OK, my favorite) jock jam... are you ready for this?? (What? If the Spice Girls are back, give me one good reason why I can't make another reference from the year 1996.)

In "MTV First: Taylor Swift," the VMA-nominated pop star will premiere her video on MTV, and followed by an interview with Sway Calloway on, MTV.com, where she'll chat about her album Red and upcoming VMA performance. (Also, it has to be said: We are quite prepared to hold a Taylor Swift-themed study session in the interest of dissecting each and every one of the song's lyrics.
