Wrestlemania: 18 Wrestlers Who Headlined The WWE PPV The Most, Ranked

WWE's biggest event of the year is none other than Wrestlemania. Debuting back in 1985, the "showcase of the immortals" has steadily grown, with this year's Wrestlemania 39 taking place over the course of two nights. The 2022 PPV should be an exciting time, and we're seeing some familiar faces in some of the headlining matches like Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Charlotte Flair, and Ronda Rousey.

That got us thinking. Who has headlined Wrestlemania the most since its inception? And we're talking about the match that went on last because you can't really headline a show in the middle of it. Thinking back to the '80s, there are plenty of names that come to mind. Was it The Undertaker, The Rock, or Steve Austin? Maybe it was someone from a more recent generation like John Cena or Roman Reigns?

Looking back at every Wrestlemania, we counted up everyone that was advertised and performed in the main event, and were pretty surprised at the results. Wrestlemania 39 matches are not included in this list just yet. Check out everyone that main evented Wrestlemania multiple times, ranked by how many times they got that marquee spot.
