On April 10 at Night 1 of Wrestlemania 37, the weather in Tampa, Florida wasn't cooperating with Raymond James Stadium, and the show kicked off with a delay. As the event started live on Peacock, fans in attendance had to leave their seats and head to safety inside. This is the first time in Wrestlemania history that there's been a rain delay for a live event. After the delay was confirmed, they cut to various superstars cutting promos and hyping up their respective matches, including Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley who even said that if the match has to be fought backstage, they'll do it. Around 8:30 PM ET, the promo package for Lashley vs. McIntyre began playing, as the severe weather has passed. Eventually, fans were allowed back in, and as the saying goes, the show must go on.
