Mark Pincus says he's looking for a game that captivates him in the way that FarmVille and CityVille did.
Zynga cofounder Mark Pincus is bored with games, at least right now, the social game pioneer said during a recent Garage Geeks event in Tel Aviv attended by The Wall Street Journal.
"Right now, I'm pretty bored with all games," Pincus said when asked what his favorite game was.
Pincus added that he was captivated by games like FarmVille and CityVille when they were released, but has not found a game that interests him on the same level since.
"I want that addiction again," he said.
A Zynga spokesperson declined to comment when approached by The Wall Street Journal.
Pincus stepped down from his role as Zynga CEO in July, handing off the reins to former Xbox boss Don Mattrick. Pincus remains chairman of the Zynga board and chief product officer.
